Refund Policy

If Key Helper isn't right for you, you can get a full refund of your first payment within 14 days. No questions asked.

Cancel anytime

Cancel in one click with the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email. You won't be charged again, and Key Helper stays unlocked until the end of the month you already paid for.

How to ask for a refund

Email vinylab27@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt.

What happens next

• We process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 2 business days.
• The money returns to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 days to show it.
• A refund also cancels the subscription, and Key Helper locks again on all your browsers.

Renewals and after 14 days

Monthly renewals are not refunded automatically, so please cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to continue. If you were charged by mistake or something is wrong, write to us anyway. We will do our best to help.
