These terms apply to the Key Helper Chrome extension and this website, made by Omry Hoomash, Israel ("we"). By installing Key Helper or starting a subscription you agree to them.
The product
Key Helper analyzes chord sheets on supported websites and explains the key and harmony of songs. It is an educational tool. The analysis is automatic and may sometimes be wrong.
Your subscription
- Key Helper Pro is a monthly subscription: $4.99 per month (plus any tax shown at checkout). It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime in one click, using the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email. After you cancel, Key Helper stays unlocked until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider retries it for a limited time. If it still fails, Key Helper locks until the subscription is paid again.
- Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Key Helper on up to 3 browsers.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, under its own terms.
- Updates are included. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we change the price, we will tell you by email before your next renewal.
Fair use
Do not share, resell, copy or try to bypass the subscription check of Key Helper.
Third-party websites
Key Helper works on chord websites we do not own or control. If a site changes, some features may stop working until we update the extension.
Liability
Key Helper is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
